A Bangkok practice for operational continuity
Page Cedar Core Advisory Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 to help mid-sized companies treat disruption as an operating question — who decides, what recovers first, and how people rehearse before the next interruption.
Registered business
The official registered business name is Page Cedar Core Advisory Co., Ltd. We work from Ladprao, Bangkok, with client engagements across Greater Bangkok and nearby industrial provinces.
Origin
The firm began after several manufacturing and distribution clients asked for continuity advice that respected Thai mid-market realities: concentrated suppliers, monsoon access risk, and leadership teams that cannot spare weeks for abstract frameworks. Since 2016 we have stayed focused on risk assessment and continuity planning rather than spreading into unrelated management programmes.
How we work
We favour workshops with process owners, plain-language procedures, and tabletops that expose decision gaps. Documents are written for the people who will open them under pressure — supervisors, plant managers, and COOs — not only for audit shelves.
Values
- Rank critical activities before drafting long plans
- Name owners and recovery windows in concrete terms
- Rehearse decisions with the people who will make them
- Keep scope honest about what sits outside continuity work
Relationship with clients
Most clients are mid-sized firms with roughly 80–800 employees. Engagements are finite: assessment, plan drafting, supplier review, or exercise. We remain available for follow-up edits after a tabletop, without locking clients into open-ended retainers they do not need.
