Fees reflect scope — sites, critical activities, and whether you need assessment only or plan drafting and rehearsal. Figures below are informational starting points for mid-sized companies in Thailand; final quotes follow a short briefing call.

What moves a quote
Number of operating sites, regulated product lines, language needs for shop-floor summaries, and whether leadership wants a combined assessment-plus-plan sequence. Deposits and payment schedules are confirmed in the engagement letter before workshops begin.
