Refund and cancellation policy
Terms for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds on continuity consulting engagements with Page Cedar Core Advisory Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid fees for consulting engagements described on this site — assessments, plan drafting, supplier reviews, and tabletop exercises — according to the conditions below and any engagement letter that supersedes this page for a signed matter.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@page-cedarcore.click. The applicable notice period is measured from the scheduled kick-off workshop or exercise date stated in the engagement letter.
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel more than fourteen (14) days before kick-off, prepaid fees are refundable minus a THB 15,000 administration charge or 10% of prepaid fees, whichever is greater. Cancellations between fourteen and seven days before kick-off receive a 50% refund of prepaid fees. Cancellations inside seven days are not refundable, except where we cancel for reasons within our control.
Non-refundable items
Fees for work already delivered (completed workshops, issued draft sections, observation memos) are non-refundable. Third-party room or printing costs booked at your request and already incurred are non-refundable.
Deposits
Engagements typically require a deposit to reserve advisor calendar time. Deposits are credited toward the final fee. Deposit refunds follow the same notice schedule as prepaid fees unless the engagement letter states otherwise.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least seven days’ notice and a new date is agreed within sixty days. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee of THB 10,000 to cover preparation refresh.
No-shows
If sponsor attendees fail to attend a booked workshop or tabletop without prior notice, that session is treated as delivered for billing purposes.
Work already started
Once interviews or drafting have begun, fees are charged proportionally for completed stages. Unused future stages may be cancelled under the notice rules above.
Refund process and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method or a Thai bank account you nominate in writing. Contact hello@page-cedarcore.click or 02 539-0121 to open a refund request. Include the engagement reference and reason for cancellation.
Exceptions
If we are unable to staff an agreed date for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of prepaid unused fees or a new date at no rescheduling charge.
