Engagement

From briefing call to ranked actions

Continuity consulting for mid-sized companies follows a clear path: clarify scope, map critical work, decide what to write, then rehearse. Use this page to see how an engagement with Page Cedar Core Advisory typically unfolds.

  1. Briefing

A short call or meeting to confirm sites, sponsors, and whether you need assessment, plan drafting, supplier review, or a tabletop. We state what will remain out of scope if calendars are tight.

  2. Document gather

You share org charts, site lists, supplier notes, and any existing emergency procedures. We prepare interview plans so workshops stay on the activities that constrain revenue, safety, or customer commitments.

  3. Workshops

Process owners map dependencies, recovery windows, and decision authority. Findings are written in language supervisors can use — not only board vocabulary.

  4. Deliverable

You receive a ranked register, drafted procedures, supplier matrix, or exercise observation memo — depending on the consultation commissioned — plus a clear list of next optional steps.

  5. Optional rehearsal

When a plan exists, a tabletop puts leadership through a realistic scenario so gaps in timing and communication appear before a live disruption.
